First step is to check that the property you want is available on the dates you want.

There are NO BOOKING FEES, but we will require a deposit of 25% to secure your booking, then the remaining 75% 4 weeks prior to your holidays. Bookings made less than 4 weeks prior to your booking date will require payment in full.
Payment
For all properties
The easiest way to pay is by debit or credit card. For instant confirmation of your booking, please telephone us with your card details. Please note: All Credit Cards carry a 2.5% Surcharge. We also accept cheques (made payable to the individual owners) and Amercian Express. Please call for details: 01271 890 655
When to book
Our properties are very popular and come highly recommended by previous guests. If you want to secure your booking then you are advised to book as early as possible to avoid disappointment.
Cancellations
We do occasionally have some last minute vacancies due to cancellations, these will be announced on our Special Offers page, CLICK HERE . Unfortunately, for guests who do have to cancel, we cannot return your deposit, so we suggest that you take out a holiday insurance package before booking.
Changing a booking
If for any reason you cannot begin your holiday on the date you have booked, we will try our best to fit you in on another date or possibly into a different property, but this is not guaranteed. If you cannot except any of the replacement dates or properties that we offer, then we will have to view your booking as cancelled and any deposit paid will be lost. |
