Over the past week or so we have been following closely the emerging advice on COVID 19. We did need to take some time to consider the impact on Holidays in Croyde, clients, owners and staff, and then to implement our plans.
We are now confirming that we are closed to all bookings until the 30th April 2020.
We have made this decision, as we are being asked, as a country, to play our part in fighting the coronavirus pandemic. To prevent both the spread of the disease and to help to ensure that our NHS services can respond to the increased demand that it will undoubtedly face.
For these reasons we do not believe that we would be acting in accordance with the government guidelines to stay open and encourage visitors to the southwest at the current time.
To our clients, we understand, how much you value your holidays in North Devon, and how much you will have been looking forward to your stay. We hope that you will understand our decision and will continue to support us in the future. If you have a booking in April 2020, we will be in contact via email very shortly to discuss your options. If you have a booking after 30 April 2020 and want to discuss your options, please do get in touch.
We would not have been able to make this decision without the cooperation of the owners of properties that we represent in Croyde, who have remained resolutely supportive. They too, are committed to acting in the best interests of the wider population and in particular, Croyde.
We will continue to update you via our social media pages and website, as and when new guidance is given.
In the meantime, stay safe, wash your hands, keep a safe distance and keep healthy, we hope to see you all soon.
Love Chris and Sarah
