Property Description

This comfortable and relaxing property, has a well equipped kitchen, dining area, and a lounge, all of which form the main open plan living areas.

A separate snug, has comfy bean bags and a TV, an ideal space for some quiet time, or simply just to lay! The fourth bedroom (twin beds) sits on a mezzanine level above the snug area creating a discrete living and sleeping space in the property, perfect for young people to get away from their parents (or vice versa!). This area shares access to the family bathroom with one of the main bedrooms.

In the main part of the house is a king size bedroom which has a private en-suite, and a double bedroom which shares jack ‘n’ jill access to the luxurious family bathroom. A further twin room with en-suite completes the sleeping accommodation.

Outside Space

This is a pet-friendly home so even the furry friends are welcomed.

Bi-fold doors lead from the main living area, to the private and fully enclosed garden. A generous and comfortable outside dining space with a BBQ area makes this an ideal spot for a relaxing holiday.

Good outside storage allows you to stash the provided surfboards and body boards after a hard day at the beach, and an outside shower means you can keep the sand outside! For the more energetic of you, further entertainment is provided by the table tennis table and a selection of games.

The Bothy is located on a very quiet private lane only 10 minutes flat walk from Croyde Beach and the heart of this very picturesque village, which has plenty to offer the whole family. There is off street parking for 2 cars depending on size.
