Located in the heart of Croyde Village, is Croyde Barn, a stunning conversion, with exceptionally spacious living accommodation.

Great for friends and extremely popular with multigenerational families, it is the ideal home to use as a base to explore the surrounding area, catch some surf or relax and unwind.

From the main entry way, you have access to both the lounge area to the left and kitchen diner to the right.

The lounge, with expansive L shaped sofa, has high vaulted ceilings with rooflights and a wall of glass, leading to the patio and decked areas. The resulting space is extremely light bright and airy, and will easily accomodate every member of your group. This is a room for relaxing with a book, chatting with friends and family or lounging in front of the TV (Sky TV included).

The bright and bold kitchen area, is extremely well equipped, with three ovens, (including a steam oven and combi microwave) as well as a full height fridge and separate freezer means you will not be short on space. A six ring hob is located in the centre island, in addition, you will find a dishwasher, coffee machine, kettle and toaster. Plenty of crockery cutlery and cooking equipment is also provided, so meal preparation is easy!

The kitchen is part of the large open plan space to the left of the entrance, moving on from the kitchen is a further seating area, including a dining table with bench and chair seating, easily accommodating 10 people, and a further sofa. You will find TV’s in both the dining area and kitchen area. Again this is a double height space with roof lighting and some stunning design features.

Immediately above the kitchen is the master bedroom. On an enclosed mezzanine, this room benefits from a dedicted work space and an en- suite bathroom, featuring Roman bath.

All of the bedrooms can be configured as a twin or double room dependant on guest requirements.

A further three bedrooms are accessed from the dining area. Two bedrooms, are located up a half flight of stairs. Both bedrooms, can be confingured as twin or king rooms, and each benefit from an ensuite shower room.

The final bedroom can be accessed from the dining area, down a half flight of stairs. This room is at the front of the home, at street level and also has its own access via French doors. A king size bed, as well as an en-suite wet room, means that this can operate as a discrete, level access space to the rest of the house, if required. An adult size bunk bed is also available in this room for additional guests.

All bedrooms benefit from both hanging and drawer storage, and all have TV’s so no one feels left out. Practically, there is also a utility room, with tumble dryer and washing machine provided, as well as a seperate WC.

To the rear of the property is a split level garden, accessed either from the side patio or back door from the main lounge area. A new decked area, and BBQ, with ample bench seating and tables, provides a great space for al fresco dining.

Up a small flight of steps and you find a grassed area, private and secluded from neigbouring properties. The outside area is a sun trap, great for catching some rays.

There is parking for at least three cars at the property. One space to the front can accommodate large vehicles, such as camper vans. Two further spaces to the rear can be accessed via a narrow drive, which will accommodate larger vehicles such as range rovers, although you may have to breathe in the first time you drive up it!l
